Returns Policy

30-Day Returns

We want you to love every piece you purchase from Kirei Concept. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging
  • Items must not be assembled or installed
  • Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order
  • Proof of purchase is required

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please email us at support@kireiconcept.com with your order number and reason for the return. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and a prepaid shipping label where applicable.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Damaged or Defective Items
